MY STORY
As a young boy, I grew up in India, with limited resources and could not speak English; but had a dream to do more, study, work and live elsewhere and see the world. All of these seemed like impossible dreams to a child from a modest background.
The practice of mindfulness, daily positive affirmations and resilience helped me to overcome incredibly tough challenges along the way, and I realised my childhood dream and this led me
to be a Londoner for the last 23 years.
I have had a career within global banks for the last 25 years, managing teams across geographies
and inspiring people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, equally appreciating the pressures of constant deadlines, conflicting priorities and rising stress levels.
I wanted to focus the rest of my career on sharing some of my lived experiences and techniques I
have picked up, to help individuals who are looking for balance in their lives and at work by being
more present in the moment.
